I hate them all. I hate Michael fucking macintyre. I would set fire to that cunt. These images are the Michael McIntyre equivalent. Standard. Predictable. Unenlightening.

too similar to ideas we've seen before. not necessarily a bad thing, especially when first starting out, but I think it's important that you look for your own voice and own style. the other two do a better job of that, IMO Alright, I think I haven`t seen enough then, thanks. I guess Thatcher is saying the same thing ... sort of. Well, just tried to start somewhere but obviously I shouldn`t. Didn`t know who Michael McIntyre is so at least he didn`t "inspire" me. Thank you for the enlightening honesty.

Remember suit, EVERYTHING has been done before. There ain't nothing new in this little world of ours. We're all riffing on ideas and styles which have been done before. It's the ideas that count. As an artist, it's important to work on pieces that help you express yourself, no matter if others have expressed similar ideas in similar ways or not. Fuck what people say. Do what is interesting and important to you. I, for one, like your work. I encourage you to continue and start where ever the hell you want. Make stencils, leave them in the computer and print them out, try pencil sketches, or paint them. Who cares? It's the message in the work that matters. That's all.
Carry on!

Learn from mistakes, invent shortcuts, borrow, steel, remix. There are no rules. Nothing is perfect. A style is born through process. Get going and do it. Have fun making silly, stupid & outrageous art. I need a beer.

Oh, just realized I forgot to put a smiley at the end of my last post. Well, I guess at least I created something unpredictable with it. Oops. Without irony: Every critic is welcome, wheras I gotta say I cannot say I would set fire to somebody because of a different taste. but I likecthe honesty which helps me to get better. really. of course i'm not stopping because of one post. @invisible: can't think of a situation where your last sentence would be wrong. next post with artwork, i promise.

You ask for opinions, you get them. However, if you print it, cut it, spray it on a wall then 100 people walk past it, maybe one turns and smiles. You're not going to know until you do it. So go do it. Bear in mind, no one persons opinion means anything more than anyone else. I hate it, Fred thinks it's averag, shady nasty likes it. So what? The Beatls were turned down and Van Gogh didn't sell a painting in his lifetime. Do you think the Sex Pistols would have happened if we'd had social fucking media? Michael McIntyre is a comedian. The reason I hate him is not because he is shit, it's because he never gets any better...
