thugs from WAY back ? had a way with words ala paulypaul and mike - generally no harm intended , iirc . Thank you, Dot. Aye, I'd vouch for Thugs. In fact, I'd say he's pretty essential. Apart from a superb collection and going waaaaaaay back to being very instrumental in this whole 'scene', he's a loveable, ugly cunt who's bark is worse than his bite. And I know his mam... if anyone knows a way to contact him, tell him to come back and have a second chance. just no posting private PM's again |

Not fucking best pleased we're banning people for having a bloody opinion. no, he was banned for posting a PM. but he's welcome to come back with a clean slate. didn't realize he had a history... thought he was someone from UAA just here to cause trouble (we had a few of those in the first few days) |

Maybe becuae his work was similar to micallef? I don't know. Hope Lee kicks on though as a career as an artist is hard work and must be frustrating as hell when you see some of the shit that sells out quickly.. |

Still a little way to go to reach my full potential and develop a definitive style that I can call my own. The show at Black Rat has finished. Went better than expected. 4 paintings sold! Very exciting! Now for the next project. Find more shows in London. Any pointers? Especially liking the charcoal on paper works having said that the oil , in the red and blue pallette,posted above is a really beaut. I remember a year or two ago I was walking past a house that looked like it was being cleared out after tenants left or something near Victoria park/St Johns lane in bristol and there was two big paintings in the front garden that looked just like your work! I wish I took them but didn't have the nerve haha |
