parasiteI have enjoyed your work. I was able to grab one of the sketches awhile back. I have been keeping an eye out for one of the black ones (I grabbed a white one at the time). Do you have plans of selling the Black Things pieces? The only one I have noticed that was actually for sale was the edition with the cattle. Here is an image of the sketch I have

Here is an image of the sketch I have Nowdays I want to paint BLACK THING's paintings for exhibitions in near future (e.g. at the end of this year in Gauntlet Gallery in San Francisco) and now I don't want so much to sell them because I must to have 'smth' to show ; ) I'm not only painting... and with painting in practice I see that I prefer to sketch before painting, mostly thinking and sketching spend in my case the most time of working. I like to have the best shot on final painting (from this activity are my series of sketches). After all, now I have 13 paintings, 2 of them I sold so I have 11 blackthing's pieces and maybe a half of them I really like. Final paintings are usually different than sketches (the different of sizes, technics, materials, brushes, etc) so sometimes I have situations that after a few weeks some of paintings I like more or less. And the topic of sketches... the BLACKSKETCHES's serie consist of 41 pieces (to this day) and they are sold out = I don't have it : ) So after all I must try and I'm trying simply to respect my artworks more and more, even sketches  ) I treat cautiously selling... but I think that in a few weeks there will be some pieces for sale, I think about some smalls paintings and maybe today or tomorrow the next black sketch  for now I can show you something new from my yesterday/today instagram: http://instagr.am/p/26rLLzNgxp best & cheers p |
