I have a playstation1 somewhere. Used to be hooked on that Alien game.
Nowadays I waste my time on AngryBirds2. My clan is MassiveAttack!

Here, in Nairobi, PS4 are still damn expensive. And PS5 double priced. I actually had them all, IntelVision, NES, SuperNES, SEGA, GameBoy, 3DS, Wii, Swithch, PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4. I have some R4 card on the 3DS to play Nintendo ROMs. I tried to put an OPL/FreeMcBoot on PS2 to add some remulators but I failed. Waiting for the PS3 to fully closed online to hack it too. Best game ever for me are simple old school games such as "Bubble Bobble" or "Spy vs Spy". I can finish all the Marios and Yoshis closed eyes And best game ever is "ToeJam and Earl", never understood what the franchise was never taken over, cm'n shitting rose bushes, burping, dancing with bikini girls, catching that old dirty Santa, it was a pretty cool and unique game. And if you wonder, is there any game with a fight between you and a pair of testicles banging, yes, there is... |

Bubble Boobble for NES was my favorite as a kid... still remember the music by heart! Despite having a Megadrive, SNES (Jp&Pal), a GameCube, 2x Wii's (Jp&Pal), PS1/PS2/PS3 & PS4. I recently got a Pi4 and loaded about 6000 games on there, for convenience and price it's a great way to go... obviously not for the purists though. The lack of support for the Wii has made it easy to add ROMS on that too, if you can be bothered. I do prefer the plug and play... I get irked having to download content/updates. Yeah, exactly, I wanted to get a Pi kit and install Retropie or Recalbox. Problem I have, as usual, is that there is no Pi kit here in Nairobi, and Raspberry are doubled price.... just need to get time and energy to source one abroad. But it's the best definitely, all other device have an issue at point or another (some PS3 don't do HDD, PS2 is USB1 ). Totally agree, ROMing or ISO can be really annoying. Too many download and stuff to do, and compatibility issues... and I find it very difficult to understand (I am not programmer), especially with PS. Gonna look at the Wii, if NES and SNES emulator and roms be added easily. |
